Add entries for transient input sources to WebXR Input Profiles registry

Transient input sources should have their input profile names listed in the WebXR Input Profiles registry.
As an example, prototype implementation on Chrome for Android currently uses generic-touchscreen as the input source profile name corresponding to the touch screen input.
