Display images from imgix source with gatsby-image

User Story
I have an image stored in an imgix source (e.g. Amazon S3/GCP) that I want to display using gatsby-image.
Description
This would allow developers that already have an imgix source configured, and with images already available from those sources, to display those images with gatsby-image.
This has been shipped as @imgix/gatsby-transform-url, so I'll close this 🎉
