Blog folder name is not used in links

What is the current behavior?

When creating a blog entry using `gitfolio blog "Test Blog" -f test-blog`, a folder named `test-blog` is created. The link that will be created in the main page HTML file references `/blog/Test%20Blog` (which returns a 404 error).

What is the expected behavior?

The link should point to `/blog/test-blog` as the blog file is created in that directory.
