Add the profile readme to generated portfolios

What feature should be added?
This feature adds an option to add profile readme to your portfolio.
Why should this feature be added?
I think having an option to include profile readmy to portfolio would be cool, because a lot of developers could share their work examples, their skills description, bio, greeting messages or literally any content.
Unfortunately, i can't implement this myself, cuz i am not so good at frontend, so i decided to just give the idea ;)
