State in StackNavigator's screenOptions does not update when a log is removed

Steps to reproduce

1. Add a log
2. Notice change is applied in the balance displayed in the Appbar
3. Remove that log
4. No changes happen in Appbar until a next state change happens

For now, transfer balance from Appbar to Sidebar
