Battery percentage is always zero (iOS 6.1.3)

After the last update /which was apparently rolled out in October/, battery percentage is always zero when I have this tweak installed -- even when it's disabled in Settings. There's no percent sign, however, so it's sort of working; it also changes from 0 to 1 when charging.
