Euscan web-site seems not to do any uspstream scan since April

working on a fix. should scan again today.

It does scanning now, but there's another strange thing: packages I've bumped recently have been disappeared from my package list, also they've disappeared from overlays lists. Examples of such packages are: dev-lang/berkeley_upc, dev-lang/berkeley_upc_translator (science overlay) and app-text/discount (sunrise). All bumped during the time euscan was not sanning upstream.
Hum, I can see both dev-lang/berkeley_upc and dev-lang/berkeley_upc_translator
in the science overlay, I'm not sure I understand what you mean.
