Permissions for Data deposit - Restricted access

Hello,

You can’t grant access to the new Data Deposit functionality. Therefore, all people with an access to the administration side can process a deposit.

On the user side, all users can make a data deposit. It would be interesting to be able to restrict this right. With a restriction, you grant the access to the Data deposit only to the researchers of your institution.
