video downloads throw Failed - Network error

In Chrome 103.0.5060.134 (Official Build) (x86_64) on MacOS 10.12.6 (16G2136) clicking on the download icon throws Failed - Network Error but only on videos. Images download normally as jpg.
The browser's Downloads page shows the instagram blob uuid the extension tried to download from.
same with me, but today i cannot also cannot download the image
