Is there any problem in choosing all views available of X-rays ?

In script of selecting of COVID-19 patients, they mentionnaed that we must select only "AP" view,
Why not choosing "Posteroanterior (PA), Anteroposterior (AP), AP Supine (APS), or Lateral (L) for X-rays ? Is there any problem if choosing all available views of X-rays ?
Please Help urgent !!!
