Disconnecting non-shard peers

There seems to be an issue with disconnecting non-shard peers. My node is disconnecting peers that are not from its shard to make more space for other peers, but immediately reconnects to them. I have highlighted 2 of these occasions in the attached screenshot of my node logs to make it easier to search for them.
