Strange cursor problem on linux

As you can see in the screenshot above, there is some strange layer below the cursor all the time.

Is there any way to remove that?

Distro: Manjaro Qonos 21.2.2
DE: Gnome 41.3
Compositor: Wayland

I have the same glitch on all cursor.
Ubuntu x64, Xorg, nVidia proprietary driver, xfce

We don't know the source of the issue. Hopefully we will have a fix in 8.6
