The problem occurs when you open a new project.

At first loading of atom.project.getPaths() === "undefined",
but after it has stored to the buffer and the paths can be demanded it isn't causing more problems.

Based on tests, it has to wait to loading the workspace, but I haven't found any solution yet. :(
