I find tutorials and code don't match when using infercnvpy, like on this page.

Except for cluster “12”, which consists of ciliated cells, the isolated clusters are all epithelial cells.

But in my opinion, the position of ciliated cells corresponds to group 13, not group 12, and group 12 looks like it should be epithelial cells

When classifying tumor cells later, ["10", "13", "15", "5", "11", "16", "12"] are defined as tumor cells, and in my opinion these groups ["3 ", "7", "9", "10", "11", "12", "13", "14", "17", "18"] cnv score is higher, maybe they are more suitable to be defined as tumor cells, but I'm not sure it's reasonable to do so。
