always_ff, always_comb

Hi,

I'm getting errors with always_ff, always_comb in icarus.
Can I please check if these are not yet supported by icarus?
If there are, what could I be doing wrong?

I am very happy to be help, but, please, before opening any new issue, read my answers to the other issues you opened on this repository (#26, #27, #28). This is not the project you are looking for. You are probably looking at another simulator.
