Crash after 30 seconds - 2 minutes

Every time i load up account manager after about 30secs - 2mins it crashes and closes my roblox games. i have no idea why this happens, its not a pc spec issue.

i7-11700k
(edit) i look at the log and got this msg "Restarting app due to config hash mismatch"
i dont even open roblox and it still crashes. might be a pc problem but idk what it is if so.
