[pointercapture] capture on a parent element cause wrong target on click events generated on child element

@seb-pereira do you have a test case reproducing the issue?
I tried to reproduce this on all desktop browsers but couldn't. Would it be possible to have a more specific description of the issue mentioning the concerned platforms?
do we have a deliteful widget impacted by this one?
