Add unmute timeout

Description

Currently the implementation of unmute is handled by a frontend component.

• Allow users to mute in chat
• Add a clock to unmute a chat member via the back-end every time a mute event is sent

A função de mute já estava funcionando, correto? Lembro que tu havia me mostrado @vcwild, implementei apenas o timer de unmute de 5s
