Category Description
QoL Quality of Life: Mods aimed at providing QoL changes with little to no gameplay modification
Mech Mechanics / gameplay: Mods that change existing mechanics or gameplay
Decor Decor / visuals: Mods that focus on decor items or non-building visual stuff
Build Buildings: Mods that add a new building to the game

Some mods have more than one category, for example mod with categories Decor, Build means that the mod adds a decor building.

Conveyor Rail Utilities Adds 3 new buildings:
Conveyor Rail Dropoff: Acts as the end-of-line and can drop items from the conveyor rails on the ground.
Conveyor Rail Filter: Allows filtering one or multiple items and sends them to a second output line.
Conveyor Rail Shutoff: an automatable conveyor rail shutoff.

QoL Debug Does Not Discover Map Enabling debug mode (backspace) does not discover the map and prevents creatures on the entire map from spawning. [soon]

QoL Draw Buildings Without Materials Allows placing down building plans with materials not present in your inventory (though need to be discovered) to make planning easier. [soon]
Build Fancy Tile Fancy tile - using the removed moulding tiles graphics - very decorative tile built from 'precious rocks' (obsidian, granite). [soon]

Faster Jetpacks Jetpack speed x3. The default speed is the same as walking speed. [soon]

Fervine A decorative plant that slowly cools its surroundings down to 20°C and emits light after it consumed enough energy. [soon]
Build Flow Splitters Adds a Liquid and Gas Flow Splitters which have an input and two outputs. The splitters split incoming gas/liquid into two packets of the same sizes and sends them to outputs. [soon]
QoL Geyser Calculated Average Output Upon completion of geyser analysis, the geyser info displays the continuous average output (including geyser downtime). [soon]
QoL Improved Gas Overlay Lite The oxygen overlay is changed to a colored gas overlay clearly showing type of gas in each cell. Note: this is a config-less, lighter version of Etiam's original Gas Overlay [soon]
Mech Less Needy Critters The Ranched effect from grooming critters lasts 3 cycles instead of 1. [soon]

Oil Well - any water Oil Wells can use polluted water in addition to clear water. [soon]
Decor Paint Walls Drywalls and Tempshifts are colored with the color of the material used to built them. Check out the Wallpaper mod for a cheap decorative wallpaper that hides pipes. [soon]

Palmera Tree Warning: this is my only mod that once added cannot be removed from a save. A new plant - Palmera Tree, includes a new food ingredient: Palmera Berry and its cooked, edible version: Steamed Palmera Berry [soon]
Build Piped Algae Terrarium Adds a new Algae Terrarium that functions like the basic one, except it has a piped polluted water output. [soon]
QoL POIs Not From Neutronium The indestructible neutronium props in points of interest are now made out of steel/plastic, if you're stubborn enough to try to melt them instead of just use debug mode to remove them. [soon]
Decor Prettier Conductive Heavy-Watt Wire Reduces the decor hit from conductive heavy watt wires to make them more worthwile than the normal ones. [soon]
Mech Ranching Rebalanced Many changes to critters and their diets. Please see the full preview -> [soon]

Refined Metals Usable As Raw Metals Allows using refined metals (and steel) in construction of buildings that are normally built with raw metals. [soon]
Build Steel Ladder Fully functional steel ladder (like the ones in Points of Interests) built from steel. [soon]
QoL Suit Dock Stores 75kg Both Atmo Suit and Jetpack Suit docks store only as much O2 as it is needed to fully recharge a suit - 75kg, instead of a whooping 200kg. [soon]
QoL Take Medicine Booster Threshold Sets the immunity at which dupes will start taking vitamins (immunity boosters) to 80%, so they do not waste them at 99%. [soon]

Wallpaper Cheap drywall-like building, rendered on top of all the ugly pipes for extra prettiness, colored with the color of the material used to built it. They do not seal tiles from space vacuum. [soon]

Water Sieve Dynamic Output Water sieve outputs water and dirt at their input temperature instead of at fixed 40C. [soon]

Wireless Automation Adds two buildings: Wireless Emitter and Wireless Receiver. Allows for sending automation signals wirelessly, matching emitters and receivers using channels. Uses 100W per building. [soon]

Wounded Go To Med Bed Injured dupes (physical damage - light injuries or worse) go to the closest med bed or pharma chamber. Also allows for physical injuries to be cured in pharma chambers. [soon]

Instructions

Download

To use the mods you need to install ONI-ModLoader using instructions available here

Compiled mod files are available for download in the Mods folder. You can download separate mods or the or alternatively the entire zipped pack at once.

Installation

Unzip the downloaded mod archives, then place the mods (in their respective folders) inside the Mods folder (you need to create one manually) in the game root directory. The directory tree should look like this:

  • .../OxygenNotIncluded/
    • Mods/
      • SomeMod/
        • SomeMod.dll
      • AnotherMod/
        • AnotherMod.dll

Updates

Please make sure you update mods and remove ones that are not up to date or archived - they are likely to crash the game.
