[Bug] Curios - World unloading on respawn after death

Steps to Reproduce
- Load into a world, single player or multiplayer
- be killed or use /kill repeatedly and respawn without delay (fastest way to reproduce from my testing) until the issue occurs
What You Expected
expected to respawn without any issues
What Happened Instead
when the issue starts you either get stuck in your own character's head (doesn't always happen) then the world unrenders around you leaving you in a void in which you see the skybox, unable to move. however, you can still take damage if there is an enemy mob attacking.

- I have confirmed this bug can be replicated without the use of Optifine.
- I have confirmed the details provided in this report are concise as possible and does not contained vague information (ie. Versions are properly recorded, answers to questions are clear).
