Incompatibility between Stacked Dimensions and Tinkers' Construct Tools

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Tinkers' Construct, Mantle, and Immersive Portals
2. Start up Instance
3. Choose Stacked Dimensions in World Creation Screen
4. Travel to space above the Nether dimension and mine down using a Tconstruct Pickaxe (I used Manyullyn)
5. Jump into mined area and you will receive suffocation damage
6. Try mining with a vanilla pickaxe (I used Netherite) and the suffucation damage does not occur

What You Expected

I would expect that both pickaxes would function identically and mine blocks according to both client and server

What Happened Instead

I suffocated.
