Sky renders incorrectly through portals

Describe the issue

Parts of the sky do not render in the correct orientation when viewed through portals.

Looking through the portal (player facing the sun, out portal facing the moon):

After crossing the portal (player now facing the moon):

This occurs on at least 1.20.1 and 1.20.4, both with and without sodium, other versions are untested.
