Unable to send pictures or files

When sending images or files, the software prompts delivery failure, is it a server problem or a client problem or my own problem?
Long press on bubble, show error says what?
In accounts, your account, menu, check server info, then whah does 363 say? Available?

Ok, then try to use a better server, or talk with the admin to allow you.
Does this happen with any file size? Eg. both 1 Mb file or 10 ?
