new secrets not showing up

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add new secret
2. refresh pref panel
3. do not see new secret
What is the expected output?
see new secret
What do you see instead?
no new secret
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest, latest as of april 5 '09
