Secrets crashes when I try to update it

[Google Code Exporter]

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clicking on the update button
2. Turns into spinning beaching
3. then quits

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
As I said it will then quit and cause the sys prefs to fail

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
My version 10.5.8 and secrets is PrefPane 1.0.6

Please provide any additional information below.

There is not more to say, if I do not press the update button, it run fine.

Also would please clarify how the blue & black, bold black & blue differ in 
functionality and if they are meant for other systems other than 10.5.8.
