The value format of DisableReplyAnimations for Mail is incorrect

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Toggling the checkbox for "Animations while replying" sets incorrect values: 0
for unchecked and -1 for checked.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When this option is unchecked the DisableReplyAnimations key should be set to
YES. When it's checked it should be set to no.
