Unable to retrieve the list of users - Failed to enroll

Hello
We use IBM Cloud, previously we had IBP, a few months ago we migrated to IBM Support for Hyperledger Fabric and everything worked well. IBM Cloud recently asked us to update the Kubernetes version, yesterday we updated Kubernetes and our applications can no longer connect with the blockchain network.
We checked BM Support for Hyperledger Fabric and our Certificate Authorities gives us the error "Unable to retrieve the list of users." and we can't see the users identity. We try to create a new identity and we get the error "Failed to enroll identity"
since you are using the IBM branded product, you should open a support ticket over there for better response times/better support
since this repo is for console/UI related issues, and you are having a kubernetes upgrade issue with your Fabric CA, closing
