本设计采用STC12C5A60S2单片机为电动消防车的核心控制系统,方便输出PWM波。配合有L298N驱动电路模块、循迹模块、障碍物探测模块、红外火焰传感器模块和云台。车身采用亚克力板。PWM和驱动电路用于方向和速度控制;循迹模块利用光感元件,对黑色线条进行检测;障碍物探测模块使用超声波对障碍物进行探测;火焰探测模块利用光电管制成,用于寻光并确定光源角度,以期获得较为精确的转向值。单片机通过接受传感器的反馈信号来控制电机,蜂鸣器和灭火装置工作,充分发挥了软件编程方便灵活的特点。
