FPS drop

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. i have two standard cctv cameras connected via easycap usb grabbers, in ispy 
server the fps is very good - 25 fps constantly, but in 
ispy client are the cameras connected via mjpeg stream, and fps dropped to 1-2 
fps after a while, resolution 640x480

2. when i connect cameras directly to client as a local source, fps is about 
20, but CPU usage is up to 80 percent. I don't think, that my computer is so 
slow for use two cameras!



What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
low fps

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win7 32bit, HP dc7900usdt, C2D 2x 3.0GHz CPU
