What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. No microphone when Adding a new Foscam FI9821W

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Having the ability to see
the mic with that new model just like the older model (FI8918W)
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 4.8.1.0

still no sound after upgrading to th latest fw...

This is a driver issue.. i had same issue with a generic cam try update
drivers for the cam check all cables and try re-installing ispy if these dont
work repost and I will try write a driver for your am
