Layout lock now NOT prevents maximising/ minimising cameras!

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. first lock layout
2. double click on cam --> Maximiced
3. double clock in cam --> nothing occur!!!
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Minimice CAM
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.7.7.0 stable and 4.7.8.0 beta. same issue on OS WINXP and WIN764
Please provide any additional information below.

hi new Version its Okay but
- Layout Save
- Lock Layout
- double click Maximiced
- Close / kill ispy
- STart iSpy
Maximising is saved :(
