I think no one wants to run this MCU at 15MHz.

The aim of the example "HydraUSB3_Blink_ULED" is to be as simple as possible and to consume as less as possible to be used as reference to check power consumption of WCH WCH569 with a multimeter with an infinite loop (and blinking a LED).
