Additional Information

Before You talk "Probably is the game is making this" the answer is NO I tried install a game and uninstaled the hydra and don't happens the blue screen

Could you provide a better quality image of the windows error screen?

  1. The Blue Screen looks completely fake if you compare it to a real one and you probably just took a BSOD Example on google images or something like that.

  2. First of all, how many GB of RAM does your computer even have? Just asking. Because as i mentioned in #735 I explained why does Hydra use so much memory сonsumption when installing a game. And I'm just going to say this real quick here, but even if you think it's not the game you're trying to launch. It may be the game you are trying to launch. Why? Because I'm sure the game must have a higher requirements needed to run it compared to your computer since you mentioned in the Steps to Reproduce that this happens when you open the game. If possible, could you send your computer specifications like RAM, GPU, CPU? And send the game's name or is it happening in all the games you try to launch?

  3. If the Blue Screen appears again could you try to take a actual photo of the error code with a phone camera or something? I'm sure there is no way to "Get a Blue Screen screenshot" unless you're using a virtual machine.

@Michel453-ai
What are your computes specs? RAM, GPU, CPU?
You say Hydra is using 2.8GB of RAM? could you send a screenshot?

I think he's trying to say his PC has 3GB of RAM I guess. I would pretty much expect to have a blue screen on a 3GB RAM computer since Windows and other applications also use the RAM + trying to launch a game that probably has like 4GB of minimum memory required to launch.

No man I have 8gb Em dom., 30 de jun. de 2024, 18:07, Knoptic @.> escreveu:

Oh, then I really don't know what's the problem. You can try dumping the blue screen to check what's the error of the blue screen that is happening everytime you launch a game. Either you use Event Log (which already comes with Windows) or you will have to download a program called Blue Screen View which is really great for dumping and seeing what's the errors of the blue screen and I really recommend using it.
