Add support for higher baud rates

It would be great to support faster baud rates, like 230400, 460800, and maybe 921600.
You don't have to select from the list. It is possible to enter a custom baud rate into the selection box. It should work as long as your system/hardware supports it. If it doesn't please let me know.
