Google chart sometimes above Bootstrap dropdowns or modal

On 2 windows 7 64 bits and with Chrome 25, we have a different behaviour. One has the Google chart above when the other doesn't.
This bug may also appear on IE8 (it is additional information but we don't fix bugs on this browser).
