xlarge resources breaks view on xlarge screen

[Google Code Exporter]

Android 4.4.4 (CyanogenMod), screen 1280x720 160dpi, xlarge layout.
Keyboard looking strange in this mode (bad dimensions?). Fonts too huge, large 
gaps between buttons. Removing of xlarge resources (values-xlarge, 
values-xlarge-land) fixes issue.
