Why HK don't allow to choose 'Textra SMS Emoji Plugin' smiles?

Standard Google keyboard handle them nice (available on long pressing of
Return).

Sorry, no plans to implement extra emoji at this point. The keyboard mostly
aims to replicate a full physical keyboard and those don't generally support
this either.
