Move documentation from Awareness Program repo to Community Hub

The Awareness Program repository contains too much documentation as Markdown README documents.
The Awareness Program repo should be used for 2 things:
- To track Theme / Campaign / Deliverable proposals
- To contain file outputs created as part of work on Campaigns and/or deliverables
The README's in Awareness Program should point to the documentation that is present on the Community Hub and only contain instructions on where to upload files and such.
All documentation that is present there needs to be moved to this repo and adapted for display on the website in the appropriate hierarchy.
