Hi, I notice that this library has a lot of open issues and PRs. We're using your library here at Red Hat for our Keycloak product and I'd love to give back and help out with maintenance.

Great, while we wait on that I can already start opening some PRs to can improve things.

@timoxley I haven't gotten a response from @hughsk yet (also sent him an e-mail). What do you think would be the best way to proceed? Perhaps you can add me as a collaborator anyways?
