[Enhancement] Add support for Telemachus camera endpoint

A branch on Telemachus https://github.com/KSP-Telemachus/Telemachus/tree/69-camera-endpoint adds this functionality. What's the fun of live telemetry without a grainy, intermittent shot of your engine bell?
