[Enhancement] Automatically reset telemetry data when user restarts the game or a mission

Since the game and a mission can be restarted, the plots will show multiple lines along the same time range, one for each mission. This is unexpected behavior. When the game starts or a mission begins, the history for Kerbal Spacecraft should start over. Ideas on how to keep that data without it conflicting with new data are welcome.
