Image fails to boot in some devices

As attested by @mac2612 with his test unit. He tried flashing the signed TWRP image using SP Flash Tool 5.1744, but somehow the signature wasn't picked up. Whether it could be some fault on his end or if it's some edge case we haven't covered I don't know, as the signed factory images do seem to work based on his testimony.
