API get assay type method returns status 303

Has the URI changed? More than likely.
I attempted to retrieve metadata using smart-api and it hangs, so I wonder if there is some glitch with the search API at the moment. This affect the submission for dbGaP cc @j-uranic
This issue has been resolved in another branch.
