had an update error on cpu load bar (cpu 7) on OpenSuSE Tumblweed

Does this issue happen often? To diagnose the drawing problem with the bar, it's better to have a text meter shown alongside the bar one.
I can only observe "0.0%" on the CPU 7 percentage. Not sure what happened: an unclean buffer or a division error or something else.
