Investigate "scirvomatic / pandocomatic problems after upgrade #26"

The scrivomatic issue seems to indicate that when having multiple metadata blocks in a file and the pandocomatic_ property is not in the first metadata block, pandocomatic does not see this property. If so, that is incorrect; pandocomatic should always use the first occurrence of a pandocomatic_ property in a file regardless if it is in the first YAML metadata block or in the second or in the third, and so on.
Found and fixed the issue. Release version 0.2.5.1 with the bugfix. From now on, various metadata scenarios are being tested automatically when building pandocomatic.
