Feature: Publish digital garden as a static page with dark layout

Right now, dendron publishing doesn't showcase the best approach how I would like to publish notes. Idea is to have a minimal (crude) structure which defines the content for digital garden and then think of improvements from there on.
What could be explored:
- Hugo for SSG
- Cactus theme for structure
