Change the color for the unavailable songs or items.
Describe the solution you'd like
See a light gray information of the song or item in the Queue.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Maybe a symbol at the beginning, but if the song or item has symbols, perhaps it could be confused.
Additional context
For example, the song Banda MS de Sergio Lizárraga - Mi Razón De Ser is gray in the Spotify web client but not something to indicate that it is unavailable in ncspot. Of course, it skips the song and works perfectly, it is only a visual indicator.
