Remove Line Data Structures in OSGView to improve RAM Usage

Remove dedicated line data structures, since the point data structure can be changed to also to be used for this.
Did that, RAM usage went down from 4.5GB to 3.1GB (~17M target reports). Drawing performance should also have been increased.
