ASR - Tracking & Updating Tickets

A user-friendly tool to update, monitor and keep track of any production issue.
Currently, ASR has a “dashboard” (ASR Notifications - PowerApps). PowerApps can be filtered by:
- Start Date
- End Date
- Product
- Domain
- Status
- Activity Type
and tickets can be updated for:
- Status
- Jira Ticket(s)
- Comments
- Resolution Date & Time
