ASR - Feature that we need to support

Following are the features that ASR offers, but they are not implemented in Tombolo. In near future we need to research these feature and implement them in Tombolo:
• RIDE File Transfer Alerts
• Contributory Build File Ingest Movement on LZs
• Outbound Files Sent
• Scrubs Queue Backlogs
